What will your maternity care cost?

How to use this calculator

1. Choose your options above

Select your province, how you expect to give birth, your care complexity, and which hospital group you prefer. Don't worry if you're not sure — pick "Not sure yet" and we'll show you both options.

2. See your estimate instantly

Your costs update as soon as you change any selection. We show two options: what you'd pay with separate bills (the usual way) vs the NOH all-in-one bundle where everything is covered in one predictable fee.

What does care complexity mean?

This describes your health profile, not the treatment. Your doctor will confirm your level at your first visit. If you're not sure, start with Low.

Low

Healthy pregnancy, no chronic conditions, under 35, no previous complications. Most first-time mums start here.

Medium

Age 35+, previous caesarean, raised BMI, mild blood pressure concerns, or anaemia.

High

Diabetes, hypertension, twins, thyroid disease, previous pregnancy complications, or other chronic conditions.

With the NOH bundle, you pay a 10% deposit at booking, then spread the remaining balance over 6 equal monthly instalments. No interest, no hidden fees.

For separate bills, we recommend saving the estimated total divided by 9 months from the start of your pregnancy.
